Left Over Recipe - Rice Veg Pakoda / Left Over Rice Veg Pakoda

 Rice Veg Pakoda (Left Over Recipe)

Ingredients:

    Left over boiled rice - 1 cup
    Grated cabbage - 1/4 cup
    Carrot pieces - 1/4 cup
    Onion - 1 no
    Green chilli - 2 nos
    Besan flour / kadala maavu needed
    Ginger small piece
    Lime -1/2
    Coriander leaves needed
    Salt to taste
    Oil needed


Method :

  • In a bowl add grated cabbage, carrot, onion,green chilli,chopped ginger,coriander leaves with left over rice.

  • Add lime juice salt to taste and mix thoroughly.

  • Prepare besan flour batter.

  • Add the flour batter and mix well.
  • Heat a pan with oil and sprinkle the mixture with the help of ladle.

  • Deep fry to golden brown.

  • Rice veg pakoda is ready.
