Method :

- Mix besan flour,maida,asafoetida,chilli powder,salt with water to form bajji batter.
- Add chopped onion and moringa leaf and mix well.
- Heat a pan with oil and deep fry onion keera bajji.
- Serve hot with tomato chutney.
- Easy to prepare and
healthy evening snacks.
