Onion vada is an easy instant recipe.It can be made within a minutes as Tea time snack
Ingredients:
Onion -2
Maida flour - 50 grams
Rice flour - 50 grams
Corn flour -1 tspn
Gram flour -100 grams
Chilli powder -1/2 tspn
Asafoetida -1/4 tspn
Salt to taste
Cooking oil needed
Method:
Mix all the ingredients except onion by
adding little quantity of water.
Add salt to taste.
Coat the sliced onions with the paste
evenly and keep it for 5 minutes.
Heat the pan with oil and spread the coated
onion and fry it in low flame.
Onion vadai is ready.
Serve with coffee.
Best for evening snacks.
