Preparation of chilli paste:

De seed 6 nos of dried red chillies and boil it with little hot water.

Drain the chillies and grind them to make paste.

Method:

Clean the crab.

Heat the pan with little oil and add small onion with crab and saute for 10 to 15 minutes in a low flame till the crab get cooked.(The colour of the crab will becomes white when its properly cooked).

Add ginger garlic paste and saute well.

Add green chillies and saute well.

Add tomato sauce, red chilli paste and saute the crab in a low flame for 20 minutes.

Add coriander leaves after the chilli crab becomes dry.

A tasty spicy chilli crab is ready.
Serve with Rice and Rasam.

Tomato sauce -100 ml

Green chilli -2

Ginger - Garlic paste -1 tspn

Red chilli paste - 3 tspn

Coriander leaves -needed

Gingelly oil -2 tspn

Salt to taste
