Ingredients :

Maida flour -1
cup
|
Wheat flour -1
cup
|
Semolina -2 tspn
|
Oil -required
|
Roasted gram -250
gm
|
Sugar -1 1/2 cups
|
Grated coconut -
1 cup
|
Black sesame
seeds -25 gms
|
Cardamom -4 nos
|
Preparation of
mixture for filling :

- Grind roasted gram, sugar, cardamom into coarse form (rawa form)
- Heat a non-stick tawa add sesame, fry for 1 minute.
- Add grated coconut, roast well.
- Add the grinded roasted gram mixture and fry for sometime till the raw smell goes off.
- Mix well the mixture, and keep the mixture in a airtight container.
Method :

- Mix Maida, wheat flour and semolina.
- Add little oil ,water and salt. Prepare the dough to chapatti batter consistency.
- Roll the batter in small round shapes (poori form).
- Take the somas mould , keep the rolled batter inside as shown in the figure, fill it with the mixture and closed the mould .
- Now heat a pan with oil dip the Somas roll to golden brown.
- Sweet somas rolls is ready.
- Take out the roll and keep the somas in a airtight container ,so that it will be crispy and crunchy for 10 to 15 days.
- Its a easy dish to prepare.
Very delicious and yummy sweet samosa.
