Turmeric powder

Salt to taste

Oil to fry

Coriander for
garnish

- Wash and boil seppakizhangu with 1/2 cup of water and little salt in a cooker for 1 whistle.
- Drain it and Peel off the skin.
- Add sambar powder,turmeric,chilli,rice flour,salt,asafoetida and mix well and keep aside for 10 minits.
- Heat a non-stick pan with little oil,add the marinated seppankizhangu and roast until it become golden brown and crisp.
- Seppankizhangu roast is ready to serve.
- Garnish with
coriander leaves.
