Malabar Fish / Parai Fish / Jack Fish - 2 nos

Chilli powder -1

Fish masala

Lime juice - 2

Method :
******
- Clean the fish and cut the skin with knife as shown before marinate the fish.
- Prepare masala by mixing chilli powder,coraiander powder, turmeric powder ,cumin powder ,fish masala powder with lime juice and add salt to taste.
- Marinate the fish with the masala and keep aside for 30 mints.
- Heat a flat tawa with little coconut oil and fry the fish to golden brown in low flame.
- Crispy tasty fish roast is ready.
- Garnish with onion.
