Recipe Source : Chef Damodaran
Ingredients :
Red riped tomato - 5 nos
|
Onion - 1 no
|
Beetroot - small slice
|
Cloves - 2 nos
|
Cinnamon - 1 small piece
|
Corn flour - 1 tspn
|
Butter - 1tbspn
|
Pepper as needed
|
Salt as needed
|
Bread needed
|
Oil needed
|
Method :
- Slice the onion, tomato and add beetroot piece, cloves, cinnamon. Add 2 cups of water .
- Keep it in microwave high and cook for 10 mints.
- Remove cloves,cinnamon and beetroot and let it cool down.
- Grind and filter it.
- Add butter and mix well.
- Add the corn flour with 2 tbspn of soup and mix well without lumps and pour it into soup mixture.
- Again cook in a microwave high for 4 mints.
- Meantime slice the bread into cubes and deep fry in oil.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Add water if required.
- Serve hot by adding fried bread pieces.
- Yummy tomato soup is ready.
