Method :
*******
- Blanch / Boil the potatoes.
- Peel off the skin,cut it in cubed shape and deep fry as shown in the figure.
- Heat oil saute mustard,urud dhal,channa dhal, curry leaves, green chillies and onion, till onions brown.
- Add ginger garlic paste, chilli powder,coriander,turmeric powder and saute well.
- Add chopped tomato, fried potatoes and salt.
- Cook for few mints till the gravy becomes dry and golden brown.
- Serve hot and garnish with chopped spring onions.
- Ideal for rice
varieties and chapattis.
