Ingredients :

Besan flour /
Kadalai maavu -1 cup
|
Sugar - 2 1/2
cups
|
Ghee - 2 cups
|
Water - 1cup
|
Method :

- Sieve besan flour.
- Add 2 table spoon of ghee with the flour and roast it for 5 mints in a low flame.
- Again sieve this and keep aside.
- Heat a pan with sugar and water till one string consistency. Sugar syrup is ready.
- Meantime heat the balance ghee in a pan.
- Grease the mysore pak tray with ghee and keep ready.
- Now add sieved roasted besan flour gradually to the sugar syrup and stir constantly.
- Make sure that no lumps formed.
- Add hot ghee simultaneously and stir well with a stirrer.
- Stir well till the mixture non-sticky with the pan.
- Add remaining ghee, stir well and pour the mixture to mysore pak tray.
- Set it to cool for sometime.
- Now cut the mysore pak with a sharp knife in to required shapes.
- Softy ,Tasty ,Yummy Mysore Pak is ready.
