Cashews - 1 cup

Sugar -1 cup

Ghee -needed
|
Water -4 to 5

Method :

- Soak cashew in water for half an hour.
- Drain the water and grind in to paste.
- Heat a pan add sugar and water and boil it to string consistency.
- Add the cashew paste, little ghee and stir well till the paste becomes non-sticky.
- Take a plate, brush it with ghee and spread the cashew paste evenly.
- Allow it to cool.
- Now cut it in to diamond shape with the help of cutter/knife.
- Kaju katli is ready,
- Its very easy and simple recipe. Nutritious kids recipe.

cashews directly without soaking.
