Chicken Fried Rice

Chicken Fried Rice





Ingredients :

Basmati rice-300 grams

Boneless Chicken -500 grams

Onion -2 nos

Ginger- Garlic paste-1 tspn

 cloves,cinnamon,cardamom -10 grams

Bay leaf -1

Capsicum -2 nos

Pepper powder-3 tspn

Coriander leaves -1/4 cup

Pudina  Leaves-1/4 cup

Salt to taste

Ghee -75 grams


Method:

Soak basmati rice for 1 hour.

Boil the chicken pieces with salt and pepper in a cooker for 3 whistle.

Strain the chicken pieces and keep the water .

Mince the boiled chicken pieces.

Cook the rice with the chicken water in a rice cooker.

Heat the pan with ghee and saute  with cloves,cinnamon,cardamom and bay leaf.

Add sliced onion and garlic paste and fry it well.

Add pudina and coriander leaves and saute till the raw smell goes off.

Add sliced capsicum and saute well.

Add pepper and salt with it.

Add Minced chicken pieces and saute it well.

Mix the above with cooked rice and Mix thoroughly.

Add pepper  and salt if needed.

Proper care should be taken while mixing, to prevent formation of lumps .

Reheat the mixed chicken rice in rice cooker.

Delicious chicken Fried- Rice is ready.

Serve hot with chicken 65 and Raita.
