Potatoes -2 nos

Chilli Powder - 1/2 tspn

Turmeric powder -1/4 tspn

Garam masala Powder -1/4 tspn

Chat masala powder -1/4 tspn

Salt to taste

Coconut Oil -3 tspn

Method :


Wash and peel the skin of the potatoes and slice them into half,and cut them into 8 wedges.

Heat oil in a pan.

Add the potatoes,and add turmeric,chilli,Chat masala,garam masala,salt and stir well.

Now fry it in slow flame until they get cooked.

When the oil starts coming out ,Turn the stove off.

Crispy potato Wedges is ready to serve.
