Fish Fry |
Ingredients:
Small onion -1/2 cup
Chilli Powder -1 tspn
Black pepper -1 tspn
Turmeric Powder -1/4 tspn
Curry leaf -needed
Salt to taste
Coconut oil -3 tspn
Method:
Grind the ingredients to paste.
Marinate the fish pieces with the paste and
keep it for 2 hours.
Heat the tawa with little oil and roast the
fish pieces in low flame.
Take out the fish after it becomes golden
brown.
Crispy Fish Fry is ready.
