Chicken Fry |
Ingredients:
Chicken piece -1/2 kg (medium pieces)
Corn Flour -1 ½ tspn
Maida -1 ½ tspn
Rice Flour-1 tspn
Garam Masala -1 tspn
Chilli Powder -1 ½ tspn
Lemon Juice -1
Curd -3 tspn
Ginger -Garlic Paste -1 tspn
Salt to taste
Method:
Mix the ingredients to semi-dry paste.
Marinate the chicken pieces for 2 hrs.
Heat the pan with oil.
Fry the marinated chicken pieces in low
flame.
Crispy Fried chicken pieces are ready to
serve.
