Paruppu Vadai |
Ingredients:
Channa dal/Kadalai Paruppu -1/2 cupUrud Dal - 1 table spoon
Toor Dal - 1 table spoon
Onion -1 Very finely chopped
Green chillies - 1 finely chopped
Curry Leaves - few finely chopped
Fennel seeds -1 tspn
Coriander Leaves - few finely chopped
Salt as needed
Oil to deep fry
Method :
- Wash and soak the dal for 3 hours.
- Then drain the water completely and keep aside.
- Then Grind the dal with salt and fennel seeds to a coarse paste.
- Then add the chopped onion,green chillies,Curry Leaves and Coriander Leaves and mix well.
- And shape it into small flat rounds.
- Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry till crispy and golden brown.
- Crispy Paruppu vadai is ready to serve.
