Baby Potatoes Fry |
Ingredients:

Baby Potatoes -1/4 kg
Chilli powder- 1/2 tspn
Turmeric powder -1/4 tspn
Coriander powder -1/2 tspn
Garam masala Powder-1/4 tspn
Curry Masala powder -1/4 tspn
Salt to taste
Coconut oil -3 tspn
Method:

- Select small sized Baby potatoes.
- Peel off the potatoes.
- Heat the pan with coconut oil.
- Add potatoes with chilli, salt, Turmeric, Coriander, Garam masala and Curry Masala.
- Roast the potatoes to golden brown.
- Crispy potato fry is ready to serve.
- Ideal for Rasam rice and Curd Rice.
