Ingredients:

Baby corn -10 pcs
Maida – 2 tspn
Corn flour -2 tspn
Rice flour -2 tspn
Garam masala -1/4 tspn
Curry masala -1/4 tspn
Chat masala – ¼ tspn
Chilli powder – ½ tspn
Coriander powder -1/4 tspn
Ginger garlic paste -1 tspn
Salt to taste
Method:

Blanch the baby corns in a cooker for 5
mints.
Prepare the coating by mixing all
ingredients into smooth paste.
Coat the Blanched Baby corns with the
paste.
Marinate for 5 mints.
Heat the pan with oil and roast the coated
corns in a low flame.
Crispy Crunchy Tasty Baby Corns is ready.
Serve with Tomato Sauce.
Very Ideal For Curd Rice.
