Ingredients :

Cauliflower - 1
nos

Corn flour -1
tspn
|
Rice flour -1
tspn
|
Chilli powder
-1/2 tspn
|
Turmeric powder
-1/4 tspn
|
Ginger garlic
paste -1/2 tspn
|
Garam masala -1
tspn
|
Salt to taste
|
Oil needed
|
Kesari powder a
pinch (optional)

Method :

- Clean the cauliflower and cut them into small florets. Keep it in lukewarm water for 5 mints.
- Heat a pan with 3 cups of water,1/2 tspn turmeric,1/2 tspn salt for 5 mints.
- Add the cleaned florets to the pan, close the lid and keep aside for 5 mints.
- Now drain the florets.
- Now marinate with the mixture of corn flour, rice flour, chilli powder,turmeric,ginger garlic,garam masala and required salt. Keep the marinated florets for half an hour.
- Heat the tawa with oil and fry the florets to crispy and golden brown.
- Crispy Gobi 65 is ready to serve.
