Ingredients :

Bread - 6 slices

Egg -2
|
Beans & Carrot
-1/2 cup
|
Garam masala -1
tspn
|
Salt to taste
|
Butter/Ghee needed
|
Tomato and
coriander leaves to garnish
|
Method :
********
- Saute chopped carrot and chopped beans and fry for few mints.
- Add garam masala and salt to taste and fry well.
- Stuffing masala is ready.
- Meantime prepare egg omelette and cut it to square shapes.
- Brush the bread slices with butter and keep 1 slice as a base in a toaster.
- Above that keep the omelette and spread the masala evenly followed by another omelette piece and bread slice.
- Close the toaster and toast it to golden brown.
- Yummy veg bread sandwich is ready.
- Garnish with sliced
tomato and coriander leaves.
