Ingredients :
Coriander leaves
-1 cup
|
Pudhina leaves -
1/2 cup
|
Tomato - 1 small
|
Small onion - 4
nos
|
Green chilli -
2nos
|
Grated coconut -
3 tspn
|
Curry leaves -1/2
cup
|
Salt to taste
|
Method :
- Wash and clean the coriander, pudhina leaves and curry leaves.
- Toast all the ingredients without oil in a pan for 2 mints.
- Grind the mixture in to fine paste.
- Tasty coriander pudhina green thogayal is ready.
- Ideal for idly and
dosa.
