- Peel off the cucumber skin and cut it in to small rectangular shapes as shown in the picture.
- Add little salt and water.
- Boil it for 5 to 10 mints.
For grinding :

- Meantime grind the ingredients listed for grinding into fine paste.
- Add the paste to the cucumber and mix well.
- Boil the mixture in a low flame for 4 to 5 mints.
