Bitter gourd - 2
nos
|
Chilli powder
- 1/2 tspn
|
Coriander powder
- 1/2 tspn
|
Garam masala -
1/2 tspn
|
Turmeric powder -
1/4 tspn
|
Salt to taste
|
Oil needed
|
Method :

- Wash and cut the bitter gourd in to thin round slices.
- Add sliced bitter gourd, salt, chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala , turmeric and oil . Mix well.
- Saute the mixture in low flame till the slices become crispy and golden brown.
- Crispy yummy Bitter gourd fry is ready.
- Ideal for curd rice.
