Sardine Fish Fry Recipe / White sardine(oil sardine) / Mathi / Chaala /Kavalai

Sardine Fish Fry
Ingredients :

Sardine Fish -1/2 kg

Small onion - 1 cup

Chilli Powder -1 tspn

Black pepper -1 1/2 tspn

Turmeric Powder -1/4 tspn

Curry leaf -needed

Salt to taste

Coconut oil -4 tspn


Method :

Grind the ingredients to paste.

Marinate the fish pieces with the paste and keep it for 2 hours.

Heat the tawa with oil and deep fry the pieces into golden brown.

Crispy Fish Fry is ready.

Garnish with sliced onions.
