Methi Leaves -1

Chilli powder -1/4

Turmeric powder -
1/4 tspn

Amateur powder - 1

Oil / ghee needed
|
Salt to taste

Method :

- Wash and clean methi leaves.
- Mix all the ingredients add required water and a spoon of oil and prepare the dough to chapatti batter consistency.
- Keep for 15 minits.
- Roll the batter into small chapattis.
- Grease with oil/ghee toast well in a tawa.
- Methi chapatti is ready.
- Seve hot with veg
salad or onion raita.
