Method :

- Wash and Clean the okra.
- Cut the bottom and the top .With the help of knife slit length wise.
- Mix all the ingredients listed for stuffing.
- Fill the slit opening with stuffing.
- Heat a pan with oil and roast in a low flame till it turns crispy and golden brown.
- Stuffed okra is ready.
- Ideal for Rice
varieties.
