This Sunday my son
asked me "Mini Sambar Idlis" for dinner. Sambar idlis are his favourite and mine
too. Some of the idlis were left over. Today morning i decided to use the left
over for break fast and so prepared Idly Manchurian and Podi Idly. To my surprise
both dishes were delicious and tasted good. On tasting the idlis my son hugged
me and said "wonderful ma" .
Its an easy quick
kids friendly recipe and u can change left over idlis to yummy idli manchurian.
To all my loving
friends please try and let me know.
