Kootanchoru Recipe / Mom's Kootanchoru Recipe / Kootansatham Recipe

Kootanchoru is the famous Nagercoilan dish. My mom used to cook during holidays. I love this dish very much. After coming to Chennai I missed my mom's recipe lot. I eager to prepare but I cant able to find moringa leaf and time. After my blogging on food,  I searched vegetable shops to get moringa leaves but I couldn't get one. Yesterday my son's classmate mom who is also Nagercoilan, a very good friend of me surprisingly visited my home after a long gap. I told her once about the non availability of moringa leaves and keeping it in mind she bought me moringa leaves from her friends garden. And I am really surprised and thanked her for the moringa leaves which are clean and fresh. Immediately I planned for kootanchoru dish. The next minute I prepared a list ,went to shop and bought all the vegetables and start preparing kootanchoru.

I hope my kootanchoru recipe is full of vegetables only. This kootanchoru is highly balanced and nutritious and healthy recipe. Easy and tasty recipe. I have added not even a drop of oil to my kootanchoru  and so more healthy to all. Now  a days our younger generation are not at all taking balanced vegetable fibrous diets. They are very much interested in junk foods only. We also slowly forgetting the goodness of our old time dishes and if you try this I hope your kids also like the kootanchoru. I prepared Ellu thogayal ,the best combination for kootanchoru. In this also I added no oil.

I hope my dish has  more values in terms of

vegetarian, nutrition, health, fibre, balanced,

taste and tradition.

Please everybody try this and feed back me.
