Left Over Recipe - Pepper Idly / Spicy Idly / Kids Recipe

Yesterday my friend with her family visited me and for them i prepared chapatti and idly with chicken kuzhambu. Some of idlis were left over as they prefer chapatti. I refrigerate the idlis for later use. Today i decided to prepare "Pepper Idly"for break fast and idly upma for evening with the left over.  As already i tried "Idly Idiyappam" "Idly Manchurian" "Podi Idly" and " "Chilli Idly" with left over idlis.

  • Saute pepper and salt without oil and crush to powder.
