Prawn Kuruma / Shrimp kuruma |
Heat the pot with little oil, add 1/2 tspn of fennel seeds, curry leaves, green chillies with onion, ginger garlic paste and saute well.Add sliced onion, tomato salt and saute well. |
Add coriander powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder, little salt,cleaned prawns and saute well. |
Add 1/4 cup of thin coconut milk to the mixture and boil it for 5 mints. |
Let the mixture becomes thick, add the thick coconut milk and cook it for sometimes.Heat in a low flame and let the gravy becomes semi solid |

Ingredients :

Cleaned Prawns -300
gms
Sliced small onion -
1/2 cup
Tomato - 1

Coconut milk -1/2

Coriander powder -
1/2 tspn
Chilli powder - 1/2
tspn
Turmeric powder -
1/4 tspn
Coconut oil -needed
Curry leaves needed
