Ingredients :

Squid -1/2 kg
(cut into rings)

Small onion -200
gms
|
Tomato -100 gm
|
Green chilli -2
|
Ginger -Garlic
-chopped 2 tbspn
|
Chilli powder
-1/2 tspn
|
Coriander powder
-1/2 tspn
|
Turmeric powder -
1/2 tspn
|
Pepper powder -2
tspn
|
Capsicum(red,green,yellow)
cut into small pcs -1 bowl
|
Curry leaves
needed
|
Salt to taste
|
Coconut oil
-needed
|
Method :
*******
- Add squid with 1 tspn of pepper,1/4 tspn turmeric,2 tspn of crushed ginger garlic paste, salt, curry leaves and 1/2 a cup of water and cook it for 4 to 5 whistles.
- Heat a pan with little oil add onions and green chilli and saute well.
- Add chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and pepper powder and saute well.
- Add finely chopped tomato and saute well.
- Add capsicum and saute well.
- Add cooked squid with the above and add salt to taste and cook it in a low flame till oil separates.
- Garnish with coriander and curry leaves.
- Colorful yummy squid roast is ready to serve.
- Ideal for rice and
chapatti.
