Method :

- Mix the ingredients to a smooth masala paste.
- Marinate the chicken pieces for 3 hrs.
- Heat the kadai with oil and deep fry the chicken in a low flame till golden brown & crisp.
- Spicy chicken roast is ready to serve.
If u wish garnish with roasted onions and curry leaves.
- Its an easy recipe and this chicken roast goes well with fried rice and pulao.
