Ingredients :

Sankara fish/ Red
snapper -3 nos(medium size)

Tamarind pulp -1 1/2
tspn
|
Turmeric powder
-1/2 tspn
|
Coriander
seeds-1/2 tspn
|
Cumin seeds-1/2
tspn
|
Dry red chilli -2
nos
|
Cinnamon -1 pcs
|
Corn flour -1 tspn
|
Curry leaves
needed
|
Salt to taste
|
Coconut oil needed
|
For grinding :

Coriander -1/2
tspn
|
Cumin -1/2 tspn
|
Dry red chilli -2
nos
|
Cinnamon - 1 pcs
|
Method of preparation:

- Wash and clean the fish pieces well.
- Heat a pan with little oil, add coriander,cumin,dry chilli, cinnamon and fry well.
Grind the masala and add required salt, turmeric powder to the tamarind pulp and mix well.Masala paste is ready.
- Coat the masala paste evenly on the fish.
Spray corn flour above the fish and marinate the fish tikka for 1/2 an hour and fry in a dosa tawa with little oil.
- Fry well in a low flame till golden brown & crisp.
- Fish tikka is ready.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and sliced onions.
- Serve it with rice and rasam.
Adding corn flour fish tikka will be crispy.
