Gobi 65 / Cauliflower 65
    Ingredients :
    ***********
    Cauliflower - 1 nos
    Corn flour -1 tspn
    Rice flour -1 tspn
    Chilli powder -1/2 tspn
    Turmeric powder -1/4 tspn
    Ginger garlic paste -1/2 tspn
    Garam masala -1 tspn
    Salt to taste
    Oil needed
    Kesari powder a pinch (optional)

Method :

  • Clean the cauliflower and cut them into small florets. Keep it in lukewarm water for 5 mints.

  • Heat a pan with 3 cups of water,1/2 tspn turmeric,1/2 tspn salt for 5 mints.

  • Add the cleaned florets to the pan, close the lid and keep aside for 5 mints.

  • Now drain the florets.

  • Now marinate with the mixture of corn flour, rice flour, chilli powder,turmeric,ginger garlic,garam masala and required salt. Keep the marinated florets for half an hour.
  • Heat the tawa with oil and fry the florets to crispy and golden brown.

  • Crispy Gobi 65 is ready to serve.
