Ingredients :

Kovakkai / Ivy
gourd - 1 bowl

Gobi manchurian
masala - 2 tspn
|
Chilli powder -
1/4 tspn
|
Turmeric powder -
1/4 tspn
|
Mustard seed -
1/4 tspn
|
Urud dhal - 1/4
tspn
|
Curry leaves needed
|
Oil needed
|
Salt to taste
|
Method :
*******
- Wash and clean the kovakkai. Cut them in to thin slices.
- Saute with mustard ,urud dhal and curry leaves.
- Add kovakkai, salt ,Gobi Manchurian masala, turmeric ,chilli powder and mix well.
- Saute the mixture till it becomes crispy.
- Tasty crispy Kovakkai roast is ready.
- Ideal for Rice
varieties.
