Ingredients :
Cauliflower -1 small
size
Corn Flour -2 tspn
Maida -3 tspn
Turmeric powder-1/4
tspn
Green chillies -2
nos
Coriander leaves
-1/4cup
Pudina leaves -1/2
cup
Curd -2 tspn
Ginger -Garlic
paste-1 tspn
Salt to taste
Method :
Grind the
pudina,coriander leaves and chillies into paste.
Add curd and ginger
garlic paste to form a thick coating paste.
Blanch/Boil the
cauliflower pieces with salt and turmeric powder for 5 minutes.
Coat the cauliflower
pieces into the paste and marinate for sometimes.
Heat the pan with
oil and fry the cauliflower in low flame.
Crispy green cauliflower Manchurian fry is ready to serve.
